dr. Yeni Dwi Lestari, SpM(K), MSc menamatkan pendidikan dokter umum dan dokter spesialis mata di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2002 dan 2009. Pada tahun 2012, beliau memperoleh gelar Master of Public Health for the Eye Care dari London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, UK. Saat ini beliau sedang menjalani Program doktoral di FKUI.

Beliau saat ini merupakan Dokter Pendidik Klinis di Program Studi Ilmu Kesehatan Mata di FKUI. Beliau pakar dalam bidang oftalmologi komunitas dan saat ini tercatat sebagai Kepala Divisi Oftalmologi Komunitas, Departemen Ilmu Penyakit Mata FKUI-RSCM.
