Dr. dr. Theddeus O.H. Prasetyono, SpBP-RE(K), menamatkan pendidikan dokter umum pada tahun 1991 di Universitas Airlangga. Beliau kemudian menyelesaikan pendidikan dokter spesialis Bedah plastik pada tahun 2000 dan subspesialis ilmu bedah tahun 2006 di Universitas Indonesia.

Dr. dr. Theddeus O.H. Prasetyono, SpBP-RE(K), merupakan Dosen pada Program Studi Ilmu Bedah Plastik dengan jabatan fungsional saat ini adalah Lektor.
