Dr. dr. Siti Farida, M.Kes, Ph.D menamatkan pandidikan Kedokteran Umum (S1) dan S2 bidang Ilmu Kedokteran Reproduksi di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.
Beliau kemudian menyelesaikan pendidikan Doktor (S3) pada Program Doktor Ilmu Kedokteran FKUI tahun 2015 dan pendidikan Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) di Universite Grenoble Alpes, Perancis, tahun 2016.
