Dokter Sastiono, SpB, SpBA merupakan seorang Dokter Spesialis Bedah Anak. Beliau menamatkan pendidikan Dokter Umum di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 1980, pendidikan Spesialis Bedah di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 1992, dan Spesialis Bedah Anak di Perbani pada tahun 2005.

Dokter Sastiono, SpB, SpBA merupakan Dokter Pendidik Klinis pada Program Studi Ilmu Bedah dengan jabatan fungsional saat ini adalah Lektor.
