Dokter Raden Suhartono, SpB(K)V adalah seorang Ahli Bedah Vaskular dan Endovaskular yang menamatkan pendidikan dokter di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 1988. Pada tahun 1996, beliau menyelesaikan Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Ilmu Bedah Universitas Indonesia dan melanjutkan pendidikan di bidang Bedah Vaskular Universitas Indonesia.

Dokter Raden Suhartono, SpB(K)V merupakan Dokter Pendidik Klinis pada Program Studi Ilmu Bedah dengan jabatan fungsional saat ini adalah Lektor.
