Dokter Achmad Kemal Harzif menamatkan pendidikan dokter di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2000. Beliau kemudian melanjutkan pendidikan spesialis obstetri dan ginekologi di Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis Universitas Indonesia dan lulus pada tahun 2007. Pada tahun 2016 dr. Achmad Kemal Harzif berhasil menyelesaikan pendidikan Subspesialis atau Sp2 dalam bidang obstetri dan ginekologi, masih di kampus yang sama, yaitu Universitas Indonesia.

Dokter Achmad Kemal Harzif merupakan Dokter Tetap di Program Studi Obstetri dan Ginekologi FKUI dengan jabatan fungsional saat ini adalah Lektor.
