Dokter Alfa Putri Meutia, SpOG(K) menyelesaikan pendidikan dokter umum di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia (FKUI) pada tahun 2007. Selajutnya, beliau menyelesaikan pendidikan spesialis Obstetri dan Ginekologi pada tahun 2013 dan pendidikan subspesialisasi di bidang Uroginekologi Rekonstruksi pada tahun 2016 masih di kampus yang sama, Universitas Indonesia.
