Dr. dr. R. Aditya Wardhana, SpBP-RE, menamatkan pendidikan dokter umum pada tahun 1992 di Universitas Sebelas Maret, Solo. Beliau kemudian menyelesaikan pendidikan dokter spesialis Bedah plastik pada tahun 1993 di Universitas Indonesia dan Program Doktor (S3) pada tahun 2020 di Universitas Indonesia.

Dr. dr. R. Aditya Wardhana, SpBP-RE, merupakan Dosen Pendidik Klinis pada Program Studi Ilmu Bedah dengan jabatan fungsional saat ini adalah Lektor.
