Dr. Desak Gede Budi Krisnamurti, S.Farm, Apt, M.Biomed menamatkan pendidikan S1 dan Profesi Ilmu Farmasi di Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.
Beliau kemudian menyelesaikan pendidikan Magister (S2) Ilmu Biomedik FKUI pada tahun 2013 dan Program Doktor (S3) Ilmu Biomedik FKUI pada tahun 2022.
