dr. H. Jarot Winarno. M.Med finished his general practitioner education at the Faculty of Medicine of Universitas Indonesia in 1985.

dr. H. Jarot Winarno. M.Med is the regent of Sintang, West Kalimantan for 2016-2021. Before his leadership as the regent, Jarot served as the vice-regent of SIntang from 2005 until 2010.
